Sounds like things are really going well for you! I'm so happy to hear it! For my body, several small snacks (coupled with smaller meals) is the best way to go... especially on days when I get hungry often. But boy do I love those weeks where I'm never feeling hungry. I too see weekends as more of a struggle, but I just tell myself to do the best I can and when I want a treat I eat some fruit. You'll find what works for you.
